      English proficiency programme

The primary purpose of this course series is to provide a comprehensive programme of listening and speaking skills to non-native English speaking students who are not sufficiently skilled in these areas to succeed in regular-entry courses at the College. Because oral communications are so central to learners in a College setting, the four-level course series includes activities in all levels to help students carry out academic tasks in ways that are linguistically, academically, and culturally appropriate.
